Terms and conditions:

1. This cat will in no event be sold to others, rented (leased) or given away, sold to a pet store, research laboratory or similar body without the written permission of the Seller.

2. This cat must be in good care and veterinary care. This cat will live indoors and not roam freely outside. If the Seller sees that this cat is kept in terrible conditions and does not receive proper care, the Buyer is obliged to give the cat to the Seller unconditionally with all his registration and documents from the exhibition.

3.  When buying a kitten, you agree to provide your kitten with proper health care, vaccinations, and regular checkups. You agree to provide a clean, humane environment, with food and clean water always.

4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the sale of any kitten, anytime up until the time of delivery or pick up , for any reason, if we feel it is not in the best interest of the kitten.

5. This cat was purchased as: Pet (will not be used for breeding). Pet will come with TICA Registration. Cats are vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines, new owner to take care of the following vaccinations. Cats can be TICA registered under the new owner.

6. Within 3 (Three) days, the Buyer has the right to examine the cat in a licensed veterinary clinic at his own expense. The seller is obliged to take the animal back with a simultaneous payment of the price for the animal in %50 of the price received for the animal or exchange it for another cat within 3 (three) days from the date of sale, if the cat turned out to have a serious health condition, which is confirmed by a veterinary certificate from a licensed veterinary clinic.

7. If the Buyer has not exercised his right referred to above, later claims regarding the health of the animal will not be considered.

8. The seller guarantees that at the time of sale the animal is healthy and has no issues & is not suffer from any serious health condition, there are no signs of viral diseases. Cats are inspected by a licensed vet for health condition, certificate from vet will be provided.

9. Each cat/kitten will differ in the time needed to bond with its new family. Please give the cat/kitten ample time to adjust, especially if the cat/kitten has been shipped. A period of two to four weeks should be the very least amount of time allowed the cat/kitten for an adjustment period and longer if this is an adult cat and/or there are children in the house. Please give your new friends and family members a chance to bond with you and their new surroundings. Your new cat/kitten needs to feel safe and secure for its unique individual personality to surface. If you have other cats, we suggest you place the new arrival in quarantine & let them slowly introduce each other & never force introduce them.

10. Purchasing a kitten is a huge decision and should not be taken lightly. You are committing to providing my kitten with a loving, healthy forever home.

• Shipping is not included in the final price of cats.

• You are purchasing your kitten for the sole purpose of a loving companion. The price of our kittens is determined by the quality and coloring of the kitten and the pedigree of the parent. Remember you get what you pay for.

• Delivery is available for an additional fee upon request.
